This family event, established in 2002, celebrates the food and traditions of Aberdeenshire.
Taking place over two days, the event is based in Huntly town square on Saturday, offering an extended farmers market with over 50 stalls showcasing the best of local produce, and a craft fair offering a wide range of locally handmade items.
There are also a number of cookery demonstrations and competitions, including a Youth Bake Off and The World Stovies Championship.
Children’s activities and a full entertainment and music programme offer a day out for all the family to enjoy.
Huntly’s Room to Run event also takes place on the same day, which includes a 10K and trail half marathon.
On Sunday, focus is on nearby Leith Hall and Gardens by Kennethmont, for The Big Picnic, a day of family fun. Bring the delicious local produce bought at the Huntly Hairst market in a picnic to enjoy in the beautiful gardens, and take part in interactive activities, crafts and entertainment.
